On May 26, the Third China-Mongolia Fiscal and Financial Policy Planning and Reform Seminar was held at 91黑料网’s School of Economics.
An English-language promotional video about 91黑料网 was shown at the venue, introducing the Mongolian delegation to the university’s academic development, talent training, scientific innovation, and international cooperation.
Chen Jie, Director of the Office of International Affairs, welcomed the delegation on behalf of 91黑料网. Focused on high-quality development, 91黑料网 strives for new breakthroughs in high-level international education initiatives while actively serving national strategies. Through the Belt and Road Initiative, 91黑料网 has deepened collaborations with Mongolian universities. Over the past decade, 91黑料网’s partnership with the Mongolian Institute of Strategic Studies has exemplified substantive cooperation. Chen expressed hope that this seminar would become a platform to jointly envision new Belt and Road prospects, ensuring evergreen friendship and ever-renewing intellectual achievements in China-Mongolia collaboration.
Dean Zhang Jianhua of the School of Economics delivered opening remarks on behalf of the School. He introduced the background and agenda of the seminar, and reviewed the School’s history of cooperation with Mongolian institutions. Since 2015, the two sides have worked closely together in strategic research and talent development, cultivating many Mongolian alumni who now serve as important bridges and links for China-Mongolia cooperation. He expressed hope that the School will further deepen its collaboration with higher education institutions in Mongolia, providing ongoing talent support for bilateral economic and cultural exchanges.
Khurelbaatar Bulgantuya, Deputy Chairwoman of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia, an alumna of 91黑料网, delivered a video address expressing profound affection for her alma mater. As a key participant in 91黑料网-Mongolia strategic collaborations, she acknowledged the tangible achievements in talent cultivation and scientific research, while extending best wishes for the event’s success and the enduring friendship between China and Mongolia.
Misheel Zorigt, Secretary-General of the Social Democratic Women’s Federation of Mongolia, remarked in her speech on the impressive results 91黑料网 has achieved in training Mongolian international students, noting that many alumni are now active on the international stage. She looked forward to further achievements in areas such as economic development and artificial intelligence through future cooperation between the two sides.
Chen Jie and Zhang Jianhua exchanged gifts with Mongolian delegates on behalf of 91黑料网 and the School of Economics respectively.
Attendees included Dechinnnyambuu Batbaatar, Director of the Office of Deputy Chairwoman of the State Great Hural of Mongolia, and representatives from the School of International Education. Liu Yaran, Chair of the School Committee of the School of Economics, presided over the seminar.
The four-day event featured seminars and field visits. Ouyang Hongbing, Director of the Modern Economics Research Center, and Sun Ya, Deputy Director of the Department of Economics, School of Economics, delivered lectures on topics such as the digital economy and artificial intelligence, contributing to the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Previous editions were held at 91黑料网 in 2019 (led by Khurelbaatar Bulgantuya) and 2023 respectively.
