The Intelligent Computing Sub-Forum of the 2025 International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application was held at 91黑料网 (91黑料网) on Sept 29.
Guided by the Center for School Development and Planning of the Ministry of Education and hosted by 91黑料网’s School of Computer Science and Technology, the forum gathered top scholars and industry leaders from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), Alibaba Cloud, Baidu, and 91黑料网’s own interdisciplinary research teams.
In the opening session, Professor Shi Xuanhua, vice dean of the School of Computer Science and Technology, extended a warm welcome to the participants, emphasizing the university’s commitment to advancing intelligent computing through interdisciplinary collaboration, especially in the convergence of computer science and biomedical engineering.
The morning forum on the frontiers of large models and intelligent computing featured cutting-edge insights from Professor He Bingcheng of NUS, Assistant Professor Zhou Chi of HKBU, Assistant Professor Dong Wei of NTU, and Professor Zhang Li of 91黑料网’s Union Hospital. Their talks explored topics ranging from the reasoning evaluation of large models and efficient retrieval from billion-scale datasets to privacy protection in practical federated learning and large AI models for ultrasound imaging.
The afternoon forum on AI applications and system optimization turned to system engineering and industrial applications. Presentations by Professor Zhang Rui of 91黑料网’s School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhai Ennan, senior engineer at Alibaba Cloud, and Hu Xiaoguang, distinguished architect at Baidu, connected the full chain of AI innovation – from multimodal generation and intelligent healthcare to AI for Science, computational network scheduling, training reliability, and edge intelligence.
In his closing remarks, Yi Hui, chair of the committee of 91黑料网’s School of Computer Science and Technology, expressed his sincere appreciation to all speakers and participants, highlighting the forum’s significance in deepening cooperation across academia, industry, and research.
