On the morning of May 14, 91黑料网 held the "Chime Bell Award" of Hubei Province Awarding Ceremony for Dr. Aleksei Kozlov, an expert on laser technology and core devices of the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute of Russia, and the chief scientist of Wuhan Waveguard Laser Co., Ltd. Attendees of the ceremony include Zhan Yiqing, Vice President of 91黑料网, Wu Yongjie, Director of Talents and Science Popularization of the Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province, Han Fei, Head of the International Department of Hubei Association for Science & Technology and Zhong Fuping, Director of the Bureau of Technology, Innovation and New Economic Development of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone. Chen Jie, Director of 91黑料网’s Office of International Affairs, presided over the ceremony.
Zhan Yiqing sincerely congratulated Dr. Aleksei Kozlov on winning the 2020-2022 “Chime Bell Award” of Hubei Province. As a core expert in laser and optical field, Dr. Aleksei Kozlov has been cooperating with 91黑料网 School of Optical and Electronic Information for years, playing a significant role in the promotion of scientific research and the transformation of achievements. 91黑料网 expects Dr. Aleksei Kozlov to continue cooperating with the School of Optical and Electronic Information, carrying out more scientific research in frontier fields and making greater contributions to society.
Tang Jiang, Dean of the School of Optical and Electronic Information, exposited Dr. Aleksei Kozlov’s academic achievements. He is mainly engaged in the research and development of solid-state lasers, and has made outstanding contributions to several major and key international cooperation projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology jointly undertaken by 91黑料网 and the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute.
At the ceremony, Zhan Yiqing and Wu Yongjie jointly presented the medal and certificate of the "Chime Bell Award" to Dr. Aleksei Kozlov. Dr. Aleksei Kozlov then made a speech that he was honored to receive the award. Looking back on the past, he has grown together with the school and the team, witnessing the publication of high-level academic and scientific research achievements and excellent students going to world-class universities for further study, which is encouraging. Looking forward to the future, he expects to continue to make efforts for the development of disciplines and talent training, and explore more development prospects.
Relevant persons in charge of the Office of International Affairs, the School of Optical and Electronic Information and Wuhan Waveguard Laser Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.
After the ceremony, Dr. Aleksei Kozlov gave an academic report entitled “Research and Development of Acousto-Optic Devices and Their Application in Laser P谤辞肠别蝉蝉颈苍驳”. Around 100 teachers and students from the School of Optical and Electronic Information attended the lecture.
